Vice President Operations & Client Service
Pamela joined StrategicClaim in 1997 bringing leadership experience in all aspects of the auto glass business process: customer service, service delivery, policyholder issue resolution, insurance agency relations, and back-office process flow. Pamela first began her auto glass claims management career at StrategicClaim as a Supervisor, and quickly rose to lead call center operations. Following a period of time in the retail auto glass service segment, Pamela became general manager of call center operations in 2002, and promoted in 2011 to Managing Director at the Company managing all aspects of our third-party administrative service. She is experienced at partnering with insurance company managers to optimize glass claims programs. Pamela is also an experienced and licensed property and casualty adjuster on a national basis. She is a member of PCIAA, and of the NH Adjusters Association.

Keith Scattergood comes to StrategicClaim with over 20 years in the property and casualty insurance industry. Mr. Scattergood’s career experience includes auto and property damage estimating, claims technology, claims management, network management, sales strategy and planning initiatives, targeted growth of existing and new markets, strategic business development, and marketing.
Mr. Scattergood has a history of developing strong client partnerships and designing programs tailored to client’s needs. Mr. Scattergood is a graduate of Kutztown University where he earned his B.S. in Business and Communications.
Yaritza is responsible for the ongoing support of StrategicClaim services and performance metrics with focus on ensuring client success. She brings over 15 years of experience within the auto glass industry and has been a valued member of the StrategicClaim team since 1999. Yaritza has gained experience in a variety of hands on and supervisory customer service roles throughout her career and has a clear appreciation for client value throughout each step of the process. She is a licensed Insurance Broker and is currently earning her degree in Business Management at Quincy College.
